THE LEGEND of ZELDA NES YELLOW "TEST" CARTRIDGE on EBAY (not mine)

wow, never seen or found one of these before.....

here's what the seller says about this item-

For those of you who do not know what the Yellow Cartridge is about, the 'test cartridge' used by Nintendo Repair Shops and not available to the public.
From what i have seen online after months of research, there is not many of these that still exist, and adding to the fact that these were not sold to the public, the rarity of this is far greater than that of Stadium Events. This is one of those games you almost never see featured anywhere for sale.

anyone play one of these rare ZELDA yellow carts?

looks pretty cool, wonder how high this thing will go?

I'm no expert on this but don't the test carts look like this?

Hmm, and the label in those auction pics looks like it may have been removed from another cart at some point.

I would have to agree with you on that label. It's not hard to buy a new yellow case and fake a "rare" game.

Is it the same cart as in this video, apparently narrated by Matthew McCounaghey?

Based on the damage to the cart/label and that little round indention on it, I'd say it is.

The primary difference you will find here is that the "test" carts do not have a battery in them so no save function.
