OK, I've been talking about doing this for a long time... and now I've finally done it!
I've compiled a complete (maybe?) list of all the Konami custom IC's found on the classic boards (Konami classic 36-pin games). For now, I've put it up as a Google docs spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iB9BJaEpAufgKaz758FiDDekUH8JreoTn276yPqD-kk/edit?usp=sharing

All this info was compiled and verified by me from my personal collection of boards. If anyone has any comments/corrections/additions please let me know and I'll make any needed updates. Eventually I'll put this info up on my website, along with some additional info about the Konami-made daughterboard replacements (and perhaps some bootleg). And maybe you'll even see some modern replacements.... ;)

Attaching a snapshot.

Added a column for the Konami custom replacement daughtercards. Filled in the ones I know of. If anyone has or knows of any others, please let me know. Thanks.

I know I'm missing Konami's Ping Pong (GX555). Rare board... but if someone out there has info on the customs let me know and I'll add it.

Thank you Matt for the tedious work. Good job. Nice inventory that you could just reference your own PCB collection.

Thanks Joe. At one point I set out to collect all the Konami classic pinout games. I'm pretty close. One of these days I should take inventory and figure out exactly what's left to find. I think it's just a handful of rare/foreign boards.

Wow, Matt. This is great, thank you! I acquired a track and field and all the board's removable ICs were gone! I have a Gyruss board, so if I read that correctly, I have all the ICs I need except 504 (and by the looks of it... I'm going to have to hunt for this one).

Great work!

While searching for information to repair my Megazone I found this thread and wanted also to thank Matt for this wonderful sheet :)

The megazone I am repairing was resetting immediately at the screen filled with 0 without even checking ram and rom.

After finding one 2115 sram faulty, now it is booting until RAM and ROM OK and afterward is resetting.

I think I am missing comunication with the Z80 sound cpu and want to test another 501 chip.

Now I know where to search thanks to Matt :D
