Forgive me KLOV for I have sinned. I walked away from many really really good arcade game deals in the last couple months. Machines for less $50 to $100 that were in nice condition and could easily be fixed up. And forgive me in advance because it looks like I'm about to do it again.

Craigslist primarily...and other places once in a while. But generally you have to be very fast so by the time I told you it would be to late. If I find something and I know someone specifically is looking for it then yeah I definitely pass along the info. I used to post the links in the for-sale section for really good deals from time to time but people get grumpy about that. I'm not sure the best way to let people know without pissing off someone else.

Just keep an eye on CL and move fast when they pop up.

I'm sure they could find one somewhere but I'll ask if they need it. If they get back to me in time I guess you can rescue it. if not no biggie. I just seem to recall that being one of the pieces they needed to finish piecing back together a tempest.

I have a similar confession. I took a Super Pac that had a dead G07 and gutted it to make a 48 in 1 for a friend. I did it all in the name of scoring a rare Red Baron cockpit in exchange for what I did.

I quit before any of that jazz happened, I wouldnt be able to. But I heard horror stories about the Reno store smashing a Super Mario bros. Pinball, Pole Position Cockpit, and a Simpsons machine.

My biggest arcade crime? I took a barely working Donkey Kong Jr and multied it. I still have it. It runs all the DK's (arcadeshop board)... but yeah, I killed it. It was one of my first cabs and I wouldn't do it again... but I did it once.
