the KLOV CONFESSIONAL - post your arcade sins here.

Forgive me KLOVer for I have sinned.. Today, after constantly tripping over these parts, I put to the trash an Atari Tempest drawer, 2 Tempest marquee frames, a Tempest cp that had been re-covered, and a bar stool that had found its way into my garcade by another hand. We have a small home and these parts simply could not remain here. I felt it obligatory that I confess to find the path to forgiveness. Others, please share your arcade sins, and gain strength from the sharing :p

Lots of people were interested in the frame when I sold mine. The drawer however...that might make the trash in my garage as well.

so did the trash go out? I think I know someone who might want/need a tempest marquee frame.

It's hard to believe that in cali of all states, someone couldn't find one of these. It's also just the wood, nothing else. If they really need 1 I can pull it back from the landfill float. I just sat and watched as the guy across the street scampered over for the bar stool LOL

I'm sure they could find one somewhere but I'll ask if they need it. If they get back to me in time I guess you can rescue it. if not no biggie. I just seem to recall that being one of the pieces they needed to finish piecing back together a tempest.

sorry i hope i don't sound insensitive, i am just one of those people who can find a reason not to throw away anything at all, and it has caught up w me!

On Time Soldiers, I soldered a wire from the harness directly onto the board. That is about all I can think of right now.

Forgive me KLOV for I have sinned. I walked away from many really really good arcade game deals in the last couple months. Machines for less $50 to $100 that were in nice condition and could easily be fixed up. And forgive me in advance because it looks like I'm about to do it again.

Forgive me father but I spent the last 5 years of my life waiting for a new game to enter the game room. I bought one, played it for a week, then sold it not too long after. Please allow a new game to enter the game room for 2011. I will say 13 hail 's and offer up a nice offering in the collection plate.

I converted a Joust to a Multi-Williams, and sold off the guts and old CP. When all is said and done, I'll have ended up paying $300 for a Joust cabinet ... dumb.

I have room, I'll hold onto the Tempest stuff! Seriously, call me and I'll put that stuff somewhere until we find people who need it.

Forgive me KLOV, for I have sinned... The sin of sloth. I have had cap kits for 2 monitors for quite some time now, and still have not done, as well as not yet completing my Pac Multi cocktail project yet... :(

I owned two games in high school, a converted SFII CE and Operation Wolf. I got engaged and I sold both of them.

Over the past two years I got rid of the wife and got a new SFII CE to atone for my sins, also found a new fiancee who bought me a red tent. I think she'll be ok with me collecting ;)

lets see.. ill do mine in picture form
