The Invasion Begins In 2017 (Space Invaders Frenzy)

Space Invaders is coming back in 2017/2018, just in time for the SI 40th anniversary. Raw Thrills has licensed the IP from Taito and is making a light-gun game out of it for ticket redemption (there might be an Amusement only Mode like they did with Galaga Assault though):
