Hey doods hope all is well... Lately ive been getting some questions regarding the recorded final sales of "best offer accepted" prices which do not match what eBay has listed for those ended make offer auctions. For what ever reason eBay doesnt want you to see the end of auction final price for those "accepted offers" and for this i have to use a special website that tells me what someone actually paid for the item. So here is how it is used... When you see an auction that was ended by a best offer accepted it will show you the price the auction originally started out at which is not the original price accepted so use this website..
http://www.watchcount.com/
Put in the auction item number into the keyword search bar and click the "show me whats most popular" button. And it will bring up the ended auction and it should show you what price was actually paid for the item. In some cases you have to click "check price here on eBay" to confirm the actual price the item was sold for.
Here is an example:
This is the original end of auction with it saying the game was sold for 400.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Midway-spor...item2820729579:g:PCMAAOSwdIFX0gJp#ht_21wt_985
And here is the actual price the seller accepted the offer for...

And this is what is being recorded on those accepted offers in my price guide. Everything else such as buy it now, fixed price and normal bidding auctions remain the same. This just concerns "Make Offers".
One last note.. Those of you using eBay for the purpose of looking at end of auction prices where accepted offers are shown and comparing them to exact items that your considering selling on eBay you must disgaurd what you see shown by eBay and use the tool ive outlined to get a better detailed idea what those items actually sold for. Or just look at the prices ive record in my price guide and you'll get the exact prices since that is what i do. Hope that clears it up for those asking. Thanks
