Adjusted my layout for better space. Now I can fit 18 total machines, seating for 6 (2 at bar, 4 at the Warlords cocktail) and have about 36" between machines on what will be the main aisle.

The back wall and bar area is complete and feeling pretty cool to be in.

Yeah that's just my personality, it isn't always a good thing.

Taking this approach lets me plan ahead properly and keep me focused on the titles I REALLY want in the arcade. Sure the odd thing can pop up along the way, but this is my core list to focus on.
It wouldn't be a comeback if you don't go Full Griff!

This cheap little Amazon weight bench is an awesome compact seating option for warlords. I'm goin to grab another for the other side.

I finished installing the Mister FPGA system in the NEO GEO. It now has the full Darksoft rom set and of course has support for an insane amount of Consoles, computers and Mame. Also home brew NEO GEO titles.

The part I like the most is being able to admin it across the network so I can do updates and add roms from my regular PC.

Another addition. Hypersports in a mostly clean cab. Needs paint and a front corner ding taking care of. Screen has some graphics garble in the scoreboard which I suspect is NVRam needing a clear. Came with the side art. Needs a cardboard bezel.

Turning my attention back to the room itself for a while. I'll be building a 9x6 storage shed kit on the side of the house over the weekend to move some of the freestanding shelving out of the garage that was taking up about 8ft of wall area. I really don't like having the game cabinets coming into the room, it makes everything feel far too closed in for my tastes (I think I'm a bit of a claustrophobe TBH). This way I can get all of my games off to the side of the space.

Also the ceiling, although it's all painted black feels janky. I'm going to install a suspended ceiling in here to cover all the AC ducts and some messy wiring that's spidering it's way to various other parts of the house. I've installed one before when I did my movie theater, it was pretty easy and made a massive difference to the feel of the space.
