The Cinematronics/ Vectorbeam Thread

Just realized that I don't have a whole lot of 'good' pics of my Space Wars...

Here she is in Colorado when Jim helped me get 'er! (Before I touched up the sideart) I need to take some better pics of her in my arcade very soon...

I also had a Star Castle for a bit. I am pretty sure Star Castle makes a quick appearance in Fast Times At Ridgemont High.

Next time I'm at my buddy's, I'll try to snap a pic of the Danger Zone I gave him...

star castle,i nicked my own pics from another site, sorry i could have done better, just lazy,it needs more work at the hv unit, also a tube (i have one) so its currently, working blind but it needs more work at the hv unit.

this only had the dgameboard/audio board original,it had a hantarex monitor with a stellar castle sound/video board, some hacked up power supply,a transformer (outta what i dont know) and a home made hacked wiring harness (outta what i dont know)

i imported the insides from usa a while back to uk,the monitor chassis was not working, blown horizontal deflector,no outputs at the hv unit,i have rebuilt the power supply,90% of the chassis and same for the hv unit, just need to get the output voltages from the hv up a lot more.

its a work in progress.
;)

My favorite Cine vector of all time is Cosmic Chasm. Awesome awesome game.

Here is an image of a neat Cinematronics side decal that I have.

was that used on a game? Cosmic chasm was a cool game and great art. Too bad the side art was like paper..

Not exactly sure what they were used for. Pretty big decals, though. 17" wide by 56" long.

Don't ever remember ever seeing that as well..... Cosmic Chasm was such a cool game! I only ever remember seeing one BITD... If I recall, the thing was always on the fritz...
