After the recent EDOT sale and subsequent restoration thread by Andy80's, someone briefly mentioned there was an EDOT for sale in Canada. I found it and began a process that had lasted about one month.

One payment, one customs agent, one shipping company. Several debates about FCC clearance etc. Two trips to pick it up b/c "that thing was huge.. we need some more guys".

It arrived yesterday in nice shape. The side pictured in this thread is the nicest. The other side is missing some pieces of the decal. Structure looks good from the outside.

S&T board is not working. Power supply has issues, the seller threw in a new power supply that he never got around to installing.

Always amazes me to see nothing but corner protectors and shrinkwrap used on games shipped.

I ever ship a game, it's getting at least carboard double layered all around, probably with foam wrap underneath. I don't trust shipping companies to give a shit about what they're moving.

Nice score!
What a clean machine...way to go. Makes me want to get back to work on mine! I just can't keep from buying other games. I did finish striping the old spray painted vinyl out of the game cabinet last week. I have some pics I will post in a bit. I will be asking you questions. More pictures please!

Great pickup! Sad to hear the other side isn't in a good a shape, but that CPO is light housings are fantastic. Backglass looks great too. Well worth all of the effort!

Wow! That is a very nice EDOT. At least much better than any of the unit's I've seen. And it works!?

Cool, Thanks for sharing!

A little update only collectors will appreciate.

I was never able to find a location for this in my home so I have sold it to another collector in the KLOV community. Long live EDOT! This things needs a passport.
