Anyone know what the biggest possible vector monitor is ever made for general release?

19" and 25" vector monitors were common, but were there bigger ones available?

Is there a tube swap available to go to a larger tube like 33" or bigger?

I know you can find certain TV's that have a compatible tube for a vector chassis, does it matter the size?

Could you connect a Tempest to a really large vector tube?

Not talking about other type of projection, just tubes.
