Funny seeing old smoking tie ins to cartoons.

I have a few 60's/70's Hanna Barbara characters that came with mini "cigs" for them to smoke. Here's a three pack, but I have them on single cards:

Not a console item, but I did pick up a Stag ZL30A Logic Programmer for $15 plus tax while in California last week.

5 freshly programmed EPROMs to replace the old, bad ones with the latest firmware and a quick reseating of the keyboard connector later and it's working.

It does PAL, PEEL, GAL, PLA, and more. It has some really obscure parts in it like RALs and some old Intel/Atmel chips too. No SMT chip adapters so I just have the 4 stock sockets, but it will still do a LOT of different chips.

:)

I also found an old eeTools MegaMax programmer that appears to be NOS, never used. The Stag programmer is a keeper but as soon as FedEx brings my big box of stuff being shipped home I'll be tossing the MegaMax up for sale.

I have 2 EPROM erasers too, but need to find bulbs for them. Once I do that they will go up for sale too.

Please tell me that's grease pencil and not Sharpie :(

I forgot about this thread... I have so many things I've picked up in the last month for cheap. Wire insertion tools, ribbon cable cutter, DIMM tester, and more.

Was at Micro Center in St. Louis last week for work and found a Canon Rebel T5 camera kit with 2 lenses and bag on an open box clearance for $239.96

The original price before all the crazy markdowns was $749.99. Can't believe they marked it down so low!

Not exactly arcade related, although it does work for a PC flight simulator. I found this, along with a set of rudder pedals, at Goodwill. They obviously couldn't figure out what it was since they priced them both together for $9.99 total. The rudders go from anywhere from $50-$150 alone. The build quality on the yoke is over the top. I'm anxious to see what I can get for this on the resell market.

Nice score!

Picked up this scroll saw for $10 and it came with the arbor to use a buffer or grinding wheel on the side of the motor. It needed a new power cable so I recycled one off of an old dead C128 power supply.

And arranged for picking this up on Thursday when I got back home from Florida and the nice lady did. :)

The Blackwater 100 needs work. The lady said "the ball release catches."

I ordered some replacement opto transistors for the ball chute and then a bunch of other parts - plunger, plunger bushing, inner/outer springs, a rubber kit, fuse kit, 3/16A fuses, and an LED upgrade kit. :)

I paid more for the parts than the pinball game!

Needs some cab work done on the front corners where the MDF is showing at the seam.

Never even thought about keeping an eye out for the TRON Laserdisc/videodisc but now I want one!

Got a free untested SegaCD Ver 1 at my own yard sale.

Those CED disks are pretty wild technology. I never saw them BITD but I did some research on them when a local guy was running a CL ad for a player and a bunch of disks. The price really wasn't that bad. I think he was only asking $100 for the entire lot and I considered it for about a minute and then realized the LAST thing I needed was another format to collect..lol. I also agree that those Tron disks look cool! I usually find the laserdisks next to the vinyl that I'm checking out in the thrifts but I don't often thumb through them.

Found this at SFGE today.
