Here's the story. I occasionally post a wanted ad on the local area website forum for WTB arcade machines. The last good hit I got was an ice cold beer in working condition for $150.
The night before last I posted and this morning I get this email.
"Hello,
I am in the process of cleaning out my house to move and I have an old Ms Pacman arcade game that I am looking to get rid of. I live in Leonardtown so maybe you could stop by and see it. It is not working at this point…not sure what is wrong but I was unable to turn it on when I tried. This is a very large arcades style game…about 6 feet tall.
Betsy"
Of course I call immediatly and head on over to check it out. The weird thing is its a pac, not a mspac. Anyways she was just looking to get rid of it so she didnt have to move it and I got it for a measly 50 bucks. The game is complete and in pretty good condition other than the bezel is flaking bad. The internals look completely unmolested and original. Initial power up yielded absolutly nothing so im hoping for something simple like a main fuse or interlock. Here's a couple of pics, be back in a few after I get it running.
