As many of you know, Greg Elizondo and I (Paul Meadors) have been contracted to liquidate an entire inventory of an arcade business. We are giving the KLOV community a crack at everything we are selling before we let the general public know about it. We have worked very hard in organizing everything for a smooth and hopefully quick sale. Everything is located in Fresno, CA. Here is how it's going to work:
Listed at the bottom of this thread are the items for sale. This includes an item #, name of item, condition, functionality, completeness, comments, and price. We are also selling tools and various small arcade related items such as coin doors, coin mechs, control panels, manuals, etc. These will be on display and for sale when you come pick up your stuff.
Please e-mail:
[email protected]
for all item claims. This is first come first serve for all items. Every e-mail will be time stamped so Greg and I know who claimed what items first. This is the ONLY contact source we are using for claims. No PMs, e-mails sent to our personal e-mail addresses, or phone calls will be counted towards claims. In your e-mail please include your items #(s), your full name, time/date when you are available to pick up items, and phone contact (if desirable).
We are available Saturday, September 18, Sunday, Sept 19, Saturday Sept 25 and Sunday, Sept 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. When you e-mail your claims please indicated what date and time works for you. We will e-mail you back with a confirmation notice along with directions to the warehouse and house (only 4 minutes away).
As KLOV members put their claims in for items we will mark said items on spreadsheet as CLAIMED. If an item you put a claim in for has already been claimed we'll notify you ASAP.
An e-mail address has been set up to answer questions only. We want to be able to separate the claims and questions so there's no confusion on our part. Please use: [email protected] for any questions regarding items.
When you pick up your items please bring your own dolly (there might be one available but there's no guarantee), your own manpower, and your own rope and straps. Also, please bring cash only for payment.

There are more than 15 working games currently out on location around Fresno that we have yet to pick up. We believe we are going to get the green light to do so in the next two weeks. As expected there are no classics but a few desirable newer games. Once we have possession of those games we will add them to this list.
We ask that you refrain from price policing our items and negative comments. Greg and I have worked very hard and to the best to our ability to help sell off this large inventory. We believe we have priced items to sell quickly. Remember that this was a business and these games were out on location. Sadly, many have been marked and scratched up, damaged, and converted. Our intention is not to mislead people. We have tried our best in describing every game but know that we are bound to miss some things. Every game was checked for completeness and turned on but not necessarily played.
Our goal in the end of this entire transaction is that every party is satisfied with the result. This includes the buyers, the sellers, and the family who has entrusted us with selling the inventory. We understand we cannot please everyone in the way we want but we will try our best. This has the potential to be a lot of fun! Greg and I tried really hard to format the list so it's easy to read but couldn't get it right. Please bear with the sloppiness. We do have the list in a very nice Excel spreadsheet. If you want a copy e-mailed to you please e-mail [email protected]. (Update: We're only allowed 10,000 characters and including the list in this post does not fit. I'll have to post this right below this post in another post)...........
