Testing a medium res monitor without a medium res game?

I was cleaning the garage today in prep for the hurricane and I found a medium res WG29K7500. I don't remember where I got it and don't know if it works. I want to hook it up to test it but I don't have any medium res games. Any options for me?

You can turn it on with no signal, or a standard res signal to see if it works. Won't hurt anything.

What would the output look like if it were working perfectly? I don't have any experience with a med res. I've seen med res games on a standard res monitor and would recognize (probably) a good monitor but don't know what to expect the other way around.

It will look like a bunch of dots on the screen.

Truer words have never been spoken. I made a power connector for it and hooked it up. I think I have a good one over here. Not sure what to do with it but it will probably go back on the shelf. Thanks!
