I just bought a T2 pinball and after viewing some pictures on the web I noticed I don't have the little space ship that should be on the left side of the machine. It looks like it should have lights underneath. Does anyone know anything about that? Did some machines not have these or is this a aftermarket "mod"? Thanks!

without the spaceship it wont play :( so I'll buy it from you now!

I'm sure you could get them anywhere but marcospecialties.com has the parts you need or don't need depending on how you look at it. Mine is missing it and I don't plan on replacing it anytime soon.

Part#
03-8570 TERMINATOR 2 (Williams) Hunter Ship - In Stock - $46.55
12-7009 TERMINATOR 2 (Williams) Hunter Ship wire - In Stock - $5.95

Mine was missing it. I replaced it with the parts noted above from Marco. Also need some small screws and nuts. I think it was #6. The lights are a mod. I've seen several versions of add on lights including at least one that adds support to the bottom of the ship to help prevent future cracking issues.

Adding it made the left side of the playfield look more interesting. It did not cover the cannon targets much but do think I lean more to the right now when shooting the cannon to get it completely out of the way. I'm not like some I've seen that actually go to the right side of the machine to shoot the cannon.

My father's is also still there but one of the wings has broken off. It isn't abnormal for the ball to ricochet off of the targets below the ship when you shoot it out of the cannon and hit the ship above... which is why so many are broken or have been removed all together. We never had the ambition to spend $50 on a new ship only to have that one break too.
