I will try that I thought maybe handling the optic boards is what caused it but after everything I tried to fix it I then thought it might be something deeper I will swap those chips and let you guys know thanks

Thanks to all of you I reseated the chips swapped the pokeys around and fired it up with the orig optic board and it works great now have have to put back together the tract ball I robed and 4 pole position steering assemblies but o well
