The board was working previously, but I swapped a switched Tubes rom in there to test it. It was bad, and the game just sat for months as I worked on other projects. I replaced the original rom tonight and plugged it in. Here is a video of what the game is doing. The service switch isn't doing anything, and all of the controls and credit switches are non functional. Have any of you seen this before?

Sorry for the Hydro Thunder noise, it was being played while I took the video.

Last night, I replaced the pots on my spare tempest board. they need to be adjusted still, but I could still see the same image as in the video. Is this some kind of demo screen or something?

Check the interconnect cable between the 2 boards and make sure the edge connector for the AUX board is seated good too. It looks similar to my issue I had and those 2 things fixed it.

I'll try it tonight, thanks. I am pretty sure that isn't the problem on the spare board. I reflowed the solder joints of the connectors and I think the harness is plugged in nice and tight.

You've either got a bad connection on the interconnect cable, or a flaky ALU chip on the aux board that needs to be reseated or replaced
