I have a new temest game that has sounds and can hear the game playing. The monitor is one I got from a barn sale and it has a sticker saying that is working working but needs cab kit. I do not see any glow in the neck tube or chater. all the fuses on the power brick and the monitor look ok. I have a Zahen's cap kit/trasitors, etc and was going to start on it this weekend but thought I would check in and see if you guys have any thoughts or pointers on what to check.

In particular, there are two connections to the single molex connector to the montiro. One is from the game and the other is from the power brick. Can some one point out the voltage to the monlex connector of the WG 6100 is so I can at least see if the correct voltage is getting in.

Next was to also check the rectifier and diodes, maybe I can get to that sometime this week.
Thanks

The 3 pin molex should have 50 volts AC on the outer pins. If you have no chatter or neck glow, your low voltage power supply on the deflection board is dead. Recap the whole monitor, either get a rebuild kit from Bob or get an LV2000 and you should be good.

I did get some video when I turned up the screen. I had seen the tempest logo and then crap, So I think it may be the board. Going to mess with it this weekend and then can give some more details and findings. I also have a start wars arcade game with a WG6100, so was planning on connecting the monitor to see if that was at lease good to isolate the issue. I
