tempest/major havoc conversion A/R II board question
I just rebuilt a guys a/rII board (tempest) a couple weeks ago and the 4 big caps were 3300uf 35v (something like that) and they had replacements in Bob's kit, no problem.
So I pull the a/rII board out of my major havoc (tempest conversion) and the 4 big caps are 4700uf 35v, and again Bob's kit has 3500uf or 3300uf 35v replacements. He says it should be no problem because the schematic calls for the 3300(or 3500 can't remember).
Anyway, this long story is to ask the question:
Is there anything tricky because it's major havoc in a tempest?
I figure it's just as Bob says, but I always like to be safe before I start plugging shit in.
