So I recieved my chassis back from a VERY generous KLOVer who repaired my K6100 boards. When I plugged everything in, I get instant spot killer. The boards have the LV6100 and a new flyback and HV pot. At the neck board, I get 180v on the B+, but I get zilch on the 25V.

What do I need to check? None of the transistors are shorted to the chassis. Granted I dont know if any of them are 'technically' good, but none of them are shorted, I know that. They are brand new from a Bob Roberts deluxe.

If your spot killer is on, and your getting B+, your 25v supply is working.. Where are you checking the voltage? Did you replace your deflection transistors?

Yes, the two lights are lit on the LV6100. I am checking voltage at the neck board connector on the upper left.

well, that's not where you measure the +/- 25. Measure it at the outer casing of the two side-mounted transistors...

I reseated all my frame transistors and checked them to make sure they werent shorted to ground, and now when I power it up, I have lost my B+. I am now sitting at 12v. FML.

The side transistors are measuring 23.3

Only one will measure +23. The other should measure -23.3.

Doesn't look like you needed to do that. You most likely didn't get them lined up right and ended up shorting one to the frame. Check your fuses and transistors now...
