so, i noticed in my tempest that when you zoom through the tube to the next tube, when the vectors hit the outside edge of the monitor tube they kind of bend, only on certain levels where the tube/level you're playing is big enough to hit the edges of the monitor tube. essentially when the tube zooms and the level's vector lines hit the edge of the monitor tube, the vector bends at the point where it is on the edge of the tube.
