WOW... asking $1500? That seems a little high, but it is your machine and you can ask whatever you want for it... Good luck with your sale.

Hey, is this the same game that Greg (KLOV: Mikdawg) just sold?

Yep. Greg did the guy a favor and sold it to him cheap "for his collection" and he turns around and flips it on here and CL asking for 3 times the amount.
KLOV... the next logical stop between Craigslist and eBay.

Very disappointing. Makes me consider making the buyer sign a contract stating that they cannot resell the game for a given period of time and that if they do they can only raise the price a given amount based on any money they put into it. Of course this is all purely hypothetical as I plan on being buried with all of my games. :p

Jesus, that's so uncool. This was only like 2 weeks ago!

I normally despise the price police, but there are some exceptions and this ranks as #1

Wouldn't upset me if the seller got banned on here. At the very least we should all make a note of him and not deal with him.

Had I seen the original post for sale I know of a good home in Rensselaer where it would stay for life.

yeah guys but i will tell what would be cool.if the thing dies before he can sell it.and the chances are good he knows nothing about fixing a vector.then has to come to of the guys on here to get it fixed. then you can overcharge him for taking avantage of a fellow klover. what goes around comes around.........kno what i mean.

Tempest is not Nwi ryans its mine

Ok fellas here how it went . i bought the game from greg. he mentioned one price if i was keeeping it and one price if i was unsure. Well i paid the higher price so could sell it if i chose to sell it. i am only sellling it because i did find an upright unit as well.
Ryan only listed this game for me because i had not the time. Its listed @ 1500obo so if your interested in it lmk if n ot move on.
Most of you know who i am and im very fair "Pincades"
i have a 2500 Sq foot facility to pay for as well, nothing against greg or anybody else working out of there garages or basements to make a buck and build a collection, thats how i started!
He can vouch hes gotten fair and great deals from me.
Bottom line if you have a problem with this still its Jamaster10 not NYIRyan, as i said before he only posted it for me at the time......
ANd as far as your comment about fixing vectors, not a problem, i have three of the best techs in the CHicagoland area do my repairs as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One more note i just had one of my techs adjust and repair the moniotor as well.

Pincades

Just get it over with

why would i do that?

I honestly don't believe for one second you intended to keep it. You said it yourself, you have a 2500sq ft facility and overhead to pay for.

One quick way to hurt your business is to piss off the local collectors and word spreads.

There are several motels in Merrillville, about a 15 minute drive from both of you, if you want to relieve this tension.

 or :friday:, whichever way you swing.

temp

since i had a minty one for sale 6 mo. at 500 with no takers, i dont think it will sell unless you get a bump from a retail store front

I don't get why everyone is butthurt over this. Guy purchased machine and guy listed machine for a high price but then again he is a retail store and retail stores need suppliers. Maybe Greg made some $$$ on the deal and so someone buys it to sell retail. This is what the free market society is all about. I know klovers are typically cheap asses and won't pay $1500 for any tempest but in retail that could be very different, maybe a movie needs it for the set, who the hell knows, who cares.... the bottom line is that if you sell, sell with the intent to part with the item FOREVER and not give a crap about what happens to it. After all the very act of selling something makes you simply a dealer, if you were attached to the item then you would keep it.
