Even if the monitor is non-functional - it alone is worth about 3X what they are asking for the entire machine.

In all but the most extreme cases, a 6100 can be brought back to life and made reliable with minimal cost and basic skills.

well funny how things come around, friend of mine here on the group has a buddy who ended up with it and well with a little discussion, I now ended up with the Tempest cocktail, I dont think its every been routed or on location , stupid clean..........

Well, I have the tempest safe and sound at my warehouse … the glass literally does not have one scratch on it. It is super clean. The inside is spotless as well … you can play the game, but it has extreme vertical collapse. So it should not be that hard of a fix. I haven't pulled the board set out yet. It is currently playing Tempest. I don't see anything for major havoc yet, but it could be stashed in another area of the cabinet. I just had time to unload it. Take some pictures and fire it up real quick There is also in the coin box a set of original Tempest Roms. they look to be new old stock they look brand new but in the factory Atari writing so they are not burned roms but originals … anyway I'm extremely happy this worked out …. this one is literally a museum piece…
