It seems I have vectors on the brain. Any idea how much a Tempest Cabaret goes for these days? Looks like I might have a line on one.

Thanks!

I think it's maybe $1000 tops for one in stellar shape. A lot of people seem to prefer the full size version even though the monitor is that same size as the cabaret.

I think I paid $200 for mine. Of course getting it work consistently is another story.

Yeah, it's hard to find them under $1000 especially if the board has been repaired recently and the monitor's working well.

$1500 would be a top dollar price to me, but some where in the low 1000's seems reasonable...

Thanks everyone!

I don't think I did too bad. Right about the middle of what everyone was suggesting, as long as I factor in the local "area premium" (everything is a bit more expensive around here for some reason).

Considering these hardly ever come up at all, I'm perfectly happy with it!

Its such a sharp looking machine, nice. There are two marquee types, ive had both side by side. I thought yours seemed like the lighter one, but actually I cant really tell by the pics. The lighter one I had was not bubbled and flaking. The purplish one that I still have is really bubbled. Its serial number 01300. Ive always wondered if one was Irish factory made or what. Congrats on a nice pickup.
