I have a spare 6100 that I just tested and the following happened. I tested the fuses and chassis mounted transitors and I still get no picture. The monitor does have significant deflection chatter (just like my working one). THe monitor also has neck glow. I was thinking this would be Q100 and Q101 or the Flyback? what do you gues think?

Oh, there's your thread :)

If you're not getting deflection chatter, then your problem's with the deflection board... unplug the connector that goes to the HV for now, and make sure the HV isn't overloading the LVPS... if you get 'normal' chatter, you'll know the HV's your issue... if not, debug the deflection board before worrying about the HV.

Neck glow on the 6100 comes straight off the 25VAC, not from a secondary on the fly...

Keep in mind that without a correctly functioning LV section on the deflection board, the HV won't work either. Check those resistors and diodes before concentrating on the HV board.
