Right on the DE/MD line, just a few miles away from 95 (exit 109B).

I will post pics later this evening.

Here is all that is there:

1. cabinet
2. wire harness
3. main PCB (tested, working plays blind)
4. power supply board
5. transformer
6. speaker and light assy
7. control panel (populated)
8. coin door

What's not there:

1. marquee (frame is there but paper piece that reads "Tempest" is gone)
2. monitor
3. the smaller game (aux/math) board of the set
4. the smoked glass (there is a piece of smoked plexi in its place)

Asking $225. I'd much rather sell it complete than part it, but I'll do what needs to be done :(

Pics (control panel not showing buttons and spinner but they are included- 1 and 2 player buttons are OEM LEDs but with silver cones not black)

Would you sell the cardboard bezel to me? I really need it to complete
my tempest restoration.

I'll take the smoked plexi as well. Part it out!:)

Blown away that I have to bump a Tempest ad but bump.. Does everyone know you can buy a VectorVGA adapter, plug in a pc monitor, and you're playing Tempest??

How do you know the board is working when you tested it blind? It could have graphic problems among many other things.

would probably buy the main bd if you are sure it works..Mine has a graphics problem.

I powered it up when I was getting my Tempest up and running, and the LED lit and I could start a game and play blind (could hear the ticking noise when I moved the spinner, and the fire and super zap sounds were working also). There were no graphics on the screen though. I am pretty sure I tried it in test mode as well and nothing appeared on the screen.

I've read about the X and Y pots going on these boards but I don't know if that was the issue or not. My other boards play fine in the game.

I've got all of the above if anyone buys this and needs parts.. I also have a complete tested/working PCB set as well.
