I applaud that he is passionate, I understand that, but you can't save all of them . Machines are parted ALL the time. The ones here are only the ones we see.

What I hate to think about is how many FEWER machines there would be if none were parted out.

I agree with the poster that said this happens in every hobby. It does. And you have some with the very same reaction. But it is what it is. You won't stop it.

What is TRULY sad is that people are numb to the fact that kids go to sleep hungry in this country and we're complaining and arguing about arcade games

These "temp bans" are stupid... and do nothing to rectify the drama here... and posting these little "ban updates" do the exact opposite...they ADD drama.

By "forcing" someone to ignore it, they'll just create a 2nd account to post, therefore defeating the ban.

Can't they just do the same to circumvent a temp ban?

Not for this latest round of bans, but for taking the time to help try to bring some order to the chaos that this internet community could devolve into. After seeing the drama that can occur on other boards with even less moderation, as well as dictatorial boards that stifle even good natured locker room bantering, I for one am glad that you are trying to steer for the middle ground. Keep it up. That is why this board has the volume and quality of posts that it does.

Or learn to understand that just like in real life one sometimes has to deal with people that one dislikes.
