Well, either way, I have no part in it other than a spectator. I've only been here about a year, and this is the biggest crap storm I think I've seen yet. And by the admission of most, this is still better than it was a while ago.

In the years I been on this board never ever anything happened that upset me or made me feel angry.
We all a bunch of crazy's here and if you think you're not... then think again!!!, you better wake up as what is people in their late 30's early 40's still loving Arcade machines, most folks moved on but we didn't so there are few loose screws for sure.
Anyway I just wanna share my view on this matter because I think we taking this way to serious, I just have a good laugh from time to time and what others think of me or wanna say to me...... the care factor is 0 (zero that is)

That isn't exactly the case though. Mark has his supporters. In fact there were some supportive posts in this thread, but they have been mysteriously deleted.

Sadly I learned that when I blocked [user name edit out] and he keeps popping up that way. Bummer. I guess the only way to stop seeing people we cant stand is to not read the forum. Or just learn to quickly move on to the next post.

I personally find it sad that someone can bother you so much that seeing their post angers you... I have never used the ignore user on any forum (nor do I see the need)... not to say I don't ignore users, but I just see their post and move on. And when I say "you" I don't mean specifically you, but anyone in general.

I have a couple of users on ignore. Not because I can't handle reading their posts but because I want a reminder whenever they post anything that it is not worth reading. Luckily, all but one of the guys on ignore have moved on and no longer post here.

Not for this latest round of bans, but for taking the time to help try to bring some order to the chaos that this internet community could devolve into. After seeing the drama that can occur on other boards with even less moderation, as well as dictatorial boards that stifle even good natured locker room bantering, I for one am glad that you are trying to steer for the middle ground. Keep it up. That is why this board has the volume and quality of posts that it does.

Supportive posts in this thread that have been mysteriously deleted? Really? That would be news to the mods... I don't think any threads have been deleted here except edits by posters themselves...
Thanks for the kind words. I think the mods here that are here on a daily basis usually have a fairly thankless job...
Yes. Posts were deleted. Since I didn't know who did it, it was a mystery to me. I didn't say you guys did it, and I didn't figure you guys would have any reason/desire to either.
Two posts have been deleted in this thread, both by the original poster, and neither was 'supportive' of Mark.
Yeah, I never said it was you guys. They seemed to me to support the idea that Mark isn't the whole reason for the problem.
