I was working on my TTT Cabinet today and when I removed the Jamma connector I was completely taken by surprise. The jamma connector itself was melted and the +5v wire was melted to a ground. Now that I have inspected the damage further and this is what I have. I have no idea where to go from here but the game still started up and ran(this was before I noticed the glitches). I noticed graphical glitches though. The glitches are what prompted the inspection. Is there anything I can do to save this Tekken board? At this point I believe an new power supply and a total rewire is necessary. I am new to arcade cabinets and need a little direction.

You might want to first clean the burnt area with some rubbing alcohol or simple green and see if you can solder a wire to the burnt connection from any of the other 3 5v connections. Pretty much jump that connection to another 5v connection since that area is damaged.

From the pictures I can't tell if connection C is damaged or not might want to jump the 5 volts from connections 4 or D.

on some cabinets, they connect things like the coin door bulbs to one of the wires on the jamma connector, it kind of looks like your power connection IN didn't burn up, but yet your power connection OUT did. Look @ what wires are on those two burnt pins, and then track them down, I'll bet they don't come from the power supply but go to the coin door bulbs (or something else) and that's what fried the connector. The reason the board is still working is because the power is coming in on pin 4, and pin3 is completely disconnected making your coin door bulbs (or something else) not work.
