Have a Blue Capcom cab that has a bridge in the up connection. When I press up on 1p side it moves up on 2p and vice verse. Switched out multiple pcb's and its the same issue, checked wiring and the jamma harness and didn't see anything out the ordinary, and I even checked the voltages from the power supply...Any suggestions? Thanks for any advice.

Are you saying that the p1 up move only p2, or that both move? It could just be backwards wires for the p1 and p2 - otherwise, use an ohm meter on the wires w/ the 246 jamma i/o disconnected and see if they are continuitous when the edge connector isnt plugged in.

I'm sorry I read my first post and it does make me sound like a complete idiot...Let me clarify.....When I press up on 1p side it moves BOTH 1p and 2p at the same time, and vice verse. I put in various 2p type games (MSHvsSF, XMEN) and they all have the same issue....Checked the wiring thoroughly and didn't see anything obvious...

Do you have a multimeter? If so, disconnect any board from the jamma harness, set it to ohm's (google the symbol if you dont know it) or continutity test / tone (alot of em have a little sound icon next to this if they have it) and place 1 probe on the p1 upbutton wire, and the other on the p2 up button wire, and see if they are continuitous (ohm's would show a low number, .0x or something like that) The common lines (black wire most likely) should be, the power (usually red) should not be.
