I absolutely refuse to believe that the (expensive and long-running) fuse issue with my Twister cannot be resolved. Somebody out there in the pin universe surely has an idea of what the problem is, and what can be done to fix it.
I've gone over all this before, but here's a recap of whats been done to resolve this issue:
By the way, the game is running the latest ROMs purchased new from Marco.
And here's a video of what it does every...single...time:

I've gone over all this before, but here's a recap of whats been done to resolve this issue:
- Repaired the original magnet board and implemented recommended service updates from Sega: http://www.sternpinball.com/downloads/sb91.pdf
- Replaced original PIC chip on original magnet board with new one purchased on eBay
- Replaced original magnet board with repro board from Marco: http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/520-5143-01
- Replaced new PIC chip that came on new Marco board with (yet another) new chip directly from Stern
- Had pin tech thoroughly go through machine, making sure all wiring, connectors, magnet coils, switches, etc., etc. were A-OK. (Tech says he can find no reason for this issue, and that the PIC chip is the logical suspect as it controls the actions of the magnet board. He says that during the multiball sequence, the magnet on the disc should be "strobing" or "pulsing", but is instead holding steady overloading the circuit and blowing the fuse.)
By the way, the game is running the latest ROMs purchased new from Marco.
