I didn't say anything about getting your money back, and my statement still stands. I agree that they are foolish not to detail this policy on their website and if you want to push it they'll likely back down.

In the mean time, I am willing to look at your original board and install it in my machine in order to rule out the board. I believe I have all of the parts in stock to do any repairs necessary.

Not to be argumentative, but yeah, you kinda did :

and now you want to return a damaged board for a full refund...

I understand what you're saying about why they don't want to exchange the board, but their published policy page is incredibly misleading and should certainly be changed.
