I turned on my Tempest the other day and it's acting in a way I haven't seen before. I'm hoping you guys have seen this before and know what's going on?

When I first turned it on everything was fine until I started a game, then the game field was compressed into a very small section of the middle of the screen. I turned it off and checked my voltage and connections, everything checked out good. Then I cleaned up my edge connectors and turned it back on. Now the game field is huge but yet the main and level menu's are both fine??? Any suggestions?

10. Send to me for Repair.

Try these things in this order.

Did you recently move Tempest at all? One side of the room to the other? Mine does something similar to this when the wire harness comes loose from the edge connector. Foam behind the PCB? Mine dropped down once off the wall and was causing overheating on the board. Removed the black foam and it was fine.

And dust off the monitor glass first next time you take pix for a thread like this!

Thanks, I'll check all of these and see what happens.. Yes, I know the glass is dusty, been refinishing some kitchen cabinets and there's dust everywhere. The game's not even near the Kitchen...
Thanks again..
