Hi guys,
I'm sorry to post about this again, but it's driving me crazy. I'm still trying to figure out my curl issue on my Ms. Pacman. It's a Kortek monitor. I can adjust it out so it does look better than the attached picture does, but it still has a curl in the bottom right hand side. I've tried an 8 liners chassis and it had the same exact issue so it wouldn't be the monitor, right? What do you guys think my curling problem is?

Thanks,
Troy

Yes. That's the main reason I recapped it. When I put it back in it didn't fix the curl. I also switched it out with a brand new 8-liners monitor and it looked exactly the same.

sync

It looks like your sync wires need to be moved.
Try just putting the sync on the last pin of the sync and video chassis connector. If it is like that then jumper another wire to that pin and the next sync pin which is next to it.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot. The only thing that concerns me is that it was fine one day with no curl and the next day the curl appeared. I didn't do anything to it. Weird.

If it fine one day and not the next then i would assume monitor or the sync plug(pin inside not expanding back to make pressure against the chassis pin).
