Picked up a Black Knight a couple of days ago and everything worked fine for a few days. Then out of no where yesterday, I started having some switch matrix issues (I think). I was getting phantom tilts and weird things. So in test mode I ran the switch test and noticed two rows of the switch matrix are giving me issue, row 5 and 6. When I trigger one switch in those rows, it shows that all switches are triggered. I feel like this is too coincidental for two chips to go out at once, what else could it be? Just a short somewhere for those rows? Thanks!

I haven't looked at the Paperwork for Black Knight but it is probably just one chip. Put it in switch test and remove the connectors for the colums and rows and use a jumper wire to activate switches from the CPU board if you get the same results it's definitely on the board.

Shorted diodes could do this too. You also need to look if where the diodes are soldered to the switch tabs are touching.
