Can't get the thing to boot up, but lights are on the I/O board. Would replacing the computer power supply and the game power supply do the trick? Anyone else have this issue?

Yep next check the caps. The mother boards use low quality caps and are known to go bad. Id start there. Did the board work before? Just wanted to know if the dongle is there and theres some sort of security dongle attached just before the hard drive. It wont work without either of these.Caps on the motherboard OK?

Tried that, still won't spin or light up....
Good to hear you got it up and running. Did you just ground the jumper to reset the bios?
