I started restoring my Tapper control panel and one of the metal covers that is attached to the leaf switch sits between the metal actuator and the left switch was missing making the tap sloppy. I have attached a picture of the part, I was wondering if anyone had an extra one, or knows if they are available.

Thanks
Greg

I had the same problem with my Timber.

I ended up using a couple of pieces of steel banding that I trimmed to the correct width and length and drilled holes in. It has worked perfectly.

Good luck on finding actual replacment ones.

Given up

I've given up trying to locate the original - so I am currently trying to figure out the best repo material and method.

Thanks
Greg

I had a broken one too. I made a replacement with part of a hacksaw blade. If you have access to metal banding it would be even better.
