If you're in it for "collecting" or chasing the latest titles then it could get pretty expensive. If you're just interested in trying other games then you already have your initial investment so what does it matter if prices spike? Sure there's a small percentage of classics that went through the roof, but there are many more games that are in the same price range as yours and some are really good.

You know, I'm only 25 and have been "collecting/trading" for about 3 years now. I have tracked pretty much all of my ebay or craigslist buys/sells. I am positive quite a bit of cash. I just practice patience, know how to negotiate and know a great inexpensive repair guy locally. It all helps!

That is true. I just met one of the largest operators here in portland. Has over 600 games and roughly 150+ pinballs. He is 82 years old, still operates it, but has been selling games slowly. I'm going to have lunch with him next week and see about getting a big chunk of pins from him.

My fiance is a therapist, haha!! She says Im crazy. I think I'm going to sell the TOTAN since a guy here locally is bugging me about it and will pay a premium. I'm going to then try to buy my grail, Theatre of Magic! I may also snag a LOTR from this guy and a white water. total party!

I really wish the room I had them in were 20amps, not 15. boooo to this house builder!

My wife loves TOM. It was how I talked her into a Tales. "If you like TOM, you'll love TOTAN" I told her. I like them both, with the slight edge given to TOTAN.
