Ok, Here is the deal. I am first and have made arrangements to pickup games on Wedneday. The seller informed me that the delay in responding was due to his inability to log in while at work. He did notify me and verify that I was in fact first and that is when arrangements were made for the sale. I will post update after I pick up games on Wednesday but I am confident this is legit. It's a great feelng to know that others watch your back, Thank you!!
