I have some downtime here the next few days and have a question for the users here. I seen in recent times how difficult it is to find working boards for these?
On a scale of rarity, how much so? I'lll be picking up a non-working dedicated trimline and was wondering what the cost vs. repair would be for a set?
I'm well aware of the Omega Race debacle. Would this be venturing in familiar territory?Opinions?
If I recall, I'll have two non-working sets along with the dedicated cab. I think it would look great next to my OR if the expenses wouldn't be too bad for a repair.

I get the impression that there is no one well known source that repairs these boards yet they are definitely repairable. It seems that people tend to grab these boards working or not and stock pile them. most do not actually get them fixed and when working sets pop up they can command good money. For some reason folks seem set on keeping these boards even if the nonworking ones when they have multiple sets already. I would say it will be possible to find a board but possibly expensive to get one that is working. If you find a nonworking one expect a little hunt to find someone to repair it. Personally I think it would be worth it though.
