Ok thanks In advance for any help.Im not getting 120 or 6.3 volts..Please correct me If Im wrong I have looked at the manual and these voltages come from the transformer. The old owner jumpered the on/off portion but not the interlock switch. Is my transformer shot or do I need to jumper the interlock?
Thanks
Jeff

Those voltages do come off of the transformer. If the transformer is not getting power due to the interlock switch being open then you will need to jumper it, or just pull the actuator out in order to complete the circuit. You can verify input power by pulling the molex that supplies AC power to the transformer block. If there is power coming in but still none coming out then the fuse in the transformer block could be blown.

Thanks I will make a jumper and go from there. There is no interlock switch or wiring what you see Is what It came with.
