Taito Gameroom Classics Table Top for sale. $100. paypal gift, or $103.29 non-gift.

I bought this a year or two ago with no PCB and never got around to buying another one.
So it comes with NO pcb. I was told everything works fine, but I've had no way of testing, so buy it as is. Looks nice.

I would rather not ship it because of its weight, but I guess I could if the buyer pays for the actual shipping cost, including packing materials.
Located in Weymouth, MA. 30 min's south of Boston.
Delivery available for a fee.

Been asked twice so far...

Yes it is a JAMMA cab, but it won't run most JAMMA boards, so I'm told.
It's missing some voltage or something most boards use, I don't remember what.

There is something you can do to run regular boards, I'm sure it's all searchable info here.
Had something to do with to the stock power supply IIRC.

It only provides 5 volts to the Jamma harness. The 5 volts is from the monitor chassis. I put a 60 in 1 PCB in one of these and it works fine (despite the orientation) except for the audio, since there is no 12V to power that. Adding a switcher would be easy, just isolate it from the chassis voltage.

It's nice to see a 3rd one of these up for sale on KLOV in recent weeks. Good stuff for gaming on little room!

Thanks for the explanation, I knew it was something like that :)

I've had 3 people ask me how much to ship it...
I have NO idea at all.... I've never shipped something like this, or a monitor, etc..
I think the safest way to do it is to bring it to a ups store and have them take care of it.
Again, I have no idea what they would charge. I was told they weigh 60 pounds, but I can't confirm that.
So again, local pick up is preferable, but I'll ship it if the buyer wants to cover the actual costs.

Thanks.

I just took one of these to the UPS store to ship from Buffalo to Alabama. It was 364.50 for packaging and shipping! Uhaul sells a box for 8 bucks that this will fit in. It weighed 51 LBS on their scale so probably 65ish after its packed.

Here's the box I used http://www.uhaul.com/MovingSupplies/Boxes/Clothing-moving-boxes/Shorty-Wardrobe-Box?id=3269.

I did double box it by using a slightly smaller box for the game..packaged the shit out of it. Then more packing and installed it into the linked box.

No idea how it did in it's journey with UPS as I think it's still in route
