I have a completely stripped Jungle Hunt cp that is missing all the wood mounts underneath. Here's a pic of what I'm referring to (courtesy of Quarterarcade)...

Any chance someone can let me know the dimensions of those wood strips and also how much of the metal needs to be exposed on the top and bottom where the cp meets the cab?

.

Let me check my Qix CP. I don't remember any wood, but I guess it could have been painted black.

Here are the measurements of the wood on the CP. I list the measurements of the dimensions exactly as they are pictured in the attached orientation drawing. Let me know if you have any questions. If it matters the green was plywood and the others looks like the same material as the cabinet.

Wood parts by color

Green
Width: 22 3/4"
Height: 3/4"
Depth: 5/8"

Purple
Width: 1 7/8" Wide Left and 2" Wide on Right (as pictured)
Height: 4 7/8"
Depth: 5/8"

Yellow
Width: 22 7/16"
Height: 3/4"
Depth: 3/4"

VJ, this is terrific. Thanks!

Do you know what the measurements are for the two metal "lips" at the top and bottom? This is the bare metal part of the underside that is not covered by the wood and mates with the cab. See spots 1 and 2 in the attached pic.

I will measure them tonight for you and post it.

Thanks again! I'm surprised that bottom lip is only 1/16". The wood blocking pretty much goes to the edge then.

Yeah, it is really close. The 1/16" is just enough to make sure that the CP is sitting right to be locked down. I suppose it also covers the CP/cabinet seem too. Also of note that the CPO goes under the wood on both sides. So you would need to mount the CPO, wrap it around, and then mount the wood. So it helps hold the CPO on too. Not a bad design, but a little weird without hinges.
