Does anyone know which bulbs go in taito cabinets? Both are missing on mine, and im looking to get them running now. Thanks.

(This cabinet was a Crazy Climber Originally.)

According to my Zoo Keeper manual the coin door is supposed to have #47 5V bulbs. But, my Zoo Keeper coin door is getting 12V at the bulbs. Really odd. I believe my Jungle King had 5V at the coin door. I need to double check that.

My Elevator Action pumps 6.3v through that circuit. You could go with 12v and it be dim or 5v and it be bright but burn out quicker. I stuck a couple #47's in mine and they've yet to burn out.

I get 11.7v at my coin door on my Zoo Keeper. If I put in 44s or 47s they glow super bright and burn out within an hour (as they are only rated for 6V). Really odd that I have 11.7 volts at my coin door, confused. As the manual says otherwise. I stuck some 12v bulbs I picked up at RadioShack and it's fine now, but I don't get it.

I know this is an old post but I am having the same issue so I figured I would mention that I think this is due to the existence or absence of the coin door processor. In my case, I do NOT have the coin door processor and I get 12 volts. This became an issue since I stuck some 47s in and they burned out. When this happened my whole coin door shut down and the game would freeze up.

Maybe this will help somebody else...

44s or 47s get super bright, hot, and burn out within about an hour in my taito Ice Cold Beer...
So they are not the ones to use-

If you have a game with 12v lamps you can typically just rewire the harness to 6.3 or 5. It's constant output voltage.
