The piece of wood that the bottom bezel retainer is screwed to has a "tongue" on each side that fits into a rebate in the cab sides.

The cab top, front kicker and piece with the speaker holes also have tongues that fit into rebates in the cab sides.

Plus, the middle piece (between control panel and bezel) is usually stapled or nailed to the side.
The other pieces should pop right out. I've done this several times before and I've build my own from scratch. It's pretty simple...just pull a little and that middle piece will eventually budge.

Edit: I forgot, the bottom is sometimes nailed to the sides also.

yup, couple staples in there, but easy to pry apart, make sure you have something to lean the far side on (like push it up beside a wall), and watch your head, they fall completely to pieces rather quickly

Yeah I laid it on the side before i took that one side off. I then notice it had screws in the bottom un screwed those. Then I just pulled and broke the wood block that holds the speaker grill under the marquee. Easy fix so no big deal. Also ripped those staples out. Think I might just get a real small L bracket to put the part that holds the glass there. I'll either wood glue the block with the screws or just cut a new one.

Here some pictures of my work.

You can see the damage here.

Anybody got any suggestion on fixing those parts I messed up I'd be glad to hear em. Thanks I should of waiting on some responses but the thing was in the middle of my floor and I wanted to get it done before people started yelling at me.

Just the wood block that holds the speaking grill to the left side. Nothing huge. I think I'll be fine putting it back.
