Taito Boards identification question

so it's basically a revision of the same pcb, could this mean both cvo70005a/cvn00002a and cvo70005/cvn00002 have a colour and a b/w versions?

i dont have enough info/schematics to answer this yet.

i have started writing up a pinout sheet for the IDC connectors for the boards that i do have, starting with a game board (top) marked TVO.../TVN..... this one is b/w only as the IDC 50 win connectors are lacking the colour RGBS signals (the pins are grounded). i have more boards that i havent looked at yet.

the taito schematic (PDF) that i have that shows the colour connections is for a TAITO TT Space Invaders part 1 colour, PV game PC board, PVR00001 (sticker ?) that is annotated with PVN00004.

ditto, the Taito TT space invaders colour schematic i have (PDF) for the CPU shows the (sticker ?) label as CVN00004, and the board id etched into the PCB as AAO17757, and it has two small proms on board

so whether a game is colour or not has two dependencies, the CPU board with the colour signals, and the game board with the colours signals passing thru to the edge connector.

i will have to dig out the other pcbs i have to see if they are the cvo70005a/cvn00002a and cvo70005/cvn00002 sets and check whether or not colour is present in the cpu/game pcbs

hopefully someone with a better knowledge or some handy schematics can confirm if the cvo70005a/cvn00002a and cvo70005/cvn00002 pcbs are b/w or colour in the meantime!.
