A question like this will get you a wide variety of answers.
I like T2 alot. It has long, flowing shots, great sounds, and good DMD work. If I found one near me for a good price that was nice I would seriously consider it.
T2 has my favporite multiball and super jackpot. One ball in the skull, the other 2 in locks and then nail the jackpot, keep at least 2 balls in play and lock again for super jackpot. Lot of fun.
The only super boring part about T2 is getting to Payback time. T3 had the same problem. When you really know the table and can nail those ramp combos, it can be yawnsville.
BUT, the physical design is straight Ritchie. The depth and replay is in the physical challenge, especially nailing the Super Jackpot. All of Ritchie's great machines are like that. Shallow rules, deep as hell physical challenge. You nail it once in a game, you begin shooting for doing it twice in one game. Then twice in one ball. Then twice while trying to make sure you have optimal scoring options set. Etc.
Worse comes to worst and you can nail the Super Jackpot with your eyes closed, set it up like PAPA with that giant rubber ring near the skull lock.
