So my GI went out and I find a crispy connector at j6...check the fuses at F1-4 and all is peachy, I have 12 volts coming in to the board but the pins on the J6 connector read NOTHING...
Everything else works fine, just the GI is out...
Is there another fuse that I am missing?
Thanks!

Nope, just that knackered connector. You may be able to get the GI to light up by moving the connector just to prove its the connector and nothing else.
I just just hacked a Mousin Around by cutting all the GI off J6 and wirenutting the GI back up, horrible but got it running until I want to fix it properly.

The conector has been removed and the male pins on the board are reading zero...connector is out of the equasion

If its a plated through hole check the backside or along the trace for continuity / voltage.
The pins can be replaced but not making contact on the opposite side.

Connector?

So is the problem your burnt connector? I've replaced many system11 GI connectors, pain in the butt cause of the loops but you gotta do it.. Also, replace the header pins on the interconnect.. As those are toast too
