I was trying to replace U50 and I left a line of solder under pins 2-3-4-5 which shorted causing the fuse at F4 (2.5A) to blow then I discovered all the special solenoids are constantly activated so I replaced all of the 12 transistors (Q68-Q79) and removed U50, U49 and U45 (to be replaced later) what happens now is all the tip122 are still energized so I can't connect 1J19 or the fuse will blow instantly. under the playfield everything is ok because the game (pinbot) works with his native mpu (11A). I know 11B has the difference that special solenoids can be cpu activated so I was thinking if the pia has the ability to activate them bypassing the 7402 and 7407 (which are not present on the pcb now) in this case I would try to replace the pia. any other thoughts?
