I installed a multi game cart into my Neo-Geo. The game will play fine for a few minuets but then the screen will begin to roll. I have to turn off the cab in order to get it to play clear again. Is this a synch issue with the monitor? I always thought synching issues were a constant problem not intermittent like this.

Could be that the monitor needs a cap kit. Have you tried adjusting your hold pots when it's rolling?

I'll give that a try tonight. BTW I tried another PCB last night and the monitor performed perfectly. Which leads me to the conclusion that's it's a synch issue.

Not all board sync at exactly the same frequency. When swapping boards, you'll often have to adjust the hold pots - even with a perfectly working monitor...

It's probably heat related... adjust the hold pots once it's warmed up and rolling, and if you're lucky, it'll still hold sync when 'cold'.
